Once the candidate has applied for a job posted on our Careers page, the talent acquisition team will review the application to evaluate the profile and determine whether the candidate’s skills and experience matches the requirements.
The talent acquisition team will contact the shortlisted applicants for a face to face interview or a telephonic interview depending on the candidate’s location.
Upon selection, an offer letter is extended to the candidate. Subsequent to the acceptance by the candidate, a member of the onboarding team will be assigned to the selected candidate.
The onboarding executive will ensure that the applicant submits relevant documents for visa application process and will be the point of contact till the candidate is onboarded.
