AW Rostamani is committed to the initiative of recruiting UAE Nationals and developing them to become future leaders. The UAE Nationals are provided training and development and also with an individual career plan and assessed regularly to take up opportunities within the organization.

We offer career opportunities for Nationals to work and progress as professionals through structured Graduate Management Trainee Programmes and High School Trainee Programmes. These programmes ensure that they develop the competencies required for the job. We also actively support the Absher initiative launched in line with the direction of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to nurture future leaders.

At AW Rostamani we pay special attention to shaping and furthering the careers of Emiratis, and growing the UAE national workforce. In line with the National Emiratisation policy, our mandate is to develop and retain UAE nationals, and this is being achieved by pro-active selection and recruitment, development and retention, and career enhancement.

AW Rostamani Emiratisation Programme

Introduced in 2012, our Emiratisation Training Programme focuses on providing the training and support that UAE nationals need to be meaningfully and efficiently employed by private organisations. It has encouraged a considerable number of UAE nationals to undertake an intense workshop that involves being trained and mentored for 12 months.

The group has employed many of the candidates who took part in the programme and we are helping familiarise them with different aspects of our business, and ensuring a healthy career growth.
